Based on your experience, what can you recommend to new couples /Future patients?

The main myth that needs to be overcome when working with patients is the myth that reproductive function can be realized at any age, but this is not the case. Pregnancy and childbirth should be planned for the optimal age for the woman and for the couple. I would give patients the following recommendations: First: It is best to plan a pregnancy at the optimal age.  Consultation with reproductive therapists in a timely manner. Secondly, it is important to have a reasonable and healthy lifestyle: moderate physical activity, proper variety of food, psycho-emotional stability. Lifestyle is an important aspect of infertility prevention. Third: Prevention of sexually transmitted infections, protection of sexual safety. Finally, the decision and choice of procedure should be made in agreement with the patient.
